Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms govern the use of crypto-mmm.com and its account area. By registering you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto assets where you live. Questions: support@crypto-mmm.com.

Your account

• One account per person. Several accounts run by one person are not allowed, whoever's name or e-mail they use.
• Accurate details. Use an e-mail address you control. You must confirm it before requesting a payout.
• Payout address. You set your Bitcoin payout address at registration. It cannot be changed in the account; write to support if it must be corrected.
• Password. Keep it secret. After several wrong passwords we show a captcha and then lock sign-in for 10 minutes.

Deposits

• Send only Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin main network, and only to the deposit address shown in your account. Other coins and networks cannot be recovered.
• An investment opens automatically after 3 network confirmations.
• The deposit must be within the limits of the active plan shown on the Deposit page. A deposit outside the limits goes to manual review.

Investment cycle

• Each investment keeps the plan terms recorded when it opens: cycle length and profit rate.
• When the cycle ends, the deposit and profit move to your available balance automatically.
• Bitcoin is not sent automatically at the end of a cycle. To receive it, request a payout.

Payouts

• You can request a payout from your available balance once your e-mail is confirmed. The minimum amount is shown on the Payouts page.
• You choose the network fee speed. The fee is taken from the payout amount, and the page shows how much you receive before you confirm.
• The requested amount is reserved at once. Payouts are reviewed and sent manually to the payout address on your account.
• We may hold a payout for review. A rejected request returns the reserved amount to your balance.
• A sent Bitcoin transaction cannot be reversed. Network confirmation time depends on the fee and the network load.

Referral program

• Your invitation link records participants who register through it, on up to three levels. The percentage for each level is shown on the Referrals page.
• Registration alone earns nothing. A bonus comes from the deposit of an invited participant and is credited no earlier than 24 hours after that deposit reaches 3 confirmations.
• Bonuses from your own additional accounts are not paid. If a deposit is cancelled, its bonuses are cancelled too.

Not allowed

• Holding several accounts or inviting yourself.
• Automated access to the site, scripts and bots, or attempts to bypass its protection.
• Using errors in the site to gain balance, bonuses or payouts.
• Using another person's account, e-mail or funds without their permission.

Freezing and blocking

To check compliance we compare device and connection data between accounts, as described in the Privacy Policy. If an account breaks these Terms, we may freeze it, block it, hold its payouts or cancel bonuses gained in breach of the rules. To dispute a decision, write to support from the e-mail of your account.

Risks

Crypto assets are volatile. Participation involves a risk of loss, and returns are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by a wrong address you entered, by coins sent on another network, by delays or fees of the Bitcoin network, or by someone using your password.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date at the top of this page. Investments already open keep the terms recorded when they opened.
