Who we are

This policy covers crypto-mmm.com, its account area and its sign-up and sign-in pages. Questions about your data: support@crypto-mmm.com.

Account data

• At registration: e-mail address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), Bitcoin payout address and the referral code you came with.
• While you use the account: e-mail confirmation, balances, investments, payout requests with the network fee you chose, referral bonuses and an account history.

Bitcoin transactions

We record your deposit address, payout address, amounts and transaction IDs. Bitcoin transactions are public by design: anyone can see them on the blockchain, and links in your account open them on mempool.space.

Device and usage data

On every page of the site our script collects technical information about your browser and device:

• Connection: IP address, the country it belongs to, network type.
• Device and system: device type and model, operating system and version, browser and version, languages, time zone.
• Screen and hardware: screen size and density, touch support, number of processor threads, processor architecture, memory size, graphics card.
• Browser characteristics: available fonts, how the browser draws a test image and renders a test sound, storage size.
• A random identifier kept in your browser storage.
• Usage: pages you open, time on page, scrolling, clicks and form submissions.

A copy of this information is saved with your account each time you register or sign in, together with your IP address and browser details.

Why we use it

• To run your account, process deposits and payouts and confirm your e-mail.
• To protect accounts: after several wrong passwords we show a captcha and then lock sign-in for 10 minutes.
• To prevent abuse. Each participant may hold one account. We compare device and connection data between accounts to find several accounts run by one person, including attempts to collect referral bonuses from one's own accounts. Such accounts may be frozen or blocked after review.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Cookies and browser storage

• cmmm_sid keeps you signed in. It ends with the browser session, or later if you choose “Remember me”.
• cmmm_vid recognises a returning browser for 90 days.
• Browser storage keeps the device identifier, the referral code from an invitation link and your light or dark theme.

Blocking them may stop sign-in and the account area from working.

Who sees your data

• Site administrators. They also receive service notifications about registrations, deposits, payouts, sign-in protection and possible duplicate accounts.
• Our e-mail provider delivers confirmation and service messages.
• Public Bitcoin servers receive the addresses we check for deposits.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account, transaction and sign-in records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards as long as needed to settle payments, resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask to correct it or ask to delete your account by writing to support@crypto-mmm.com from the e-mail of your account. Records of Bitcoin transactions cannot be removed from the blockchain.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
