Registration, Bitcoin confirmations, referral bonuses and payout requests.
What do I need to register?
An email address, a password and a Bitcoin payout address. Registration opens your account immediately; email confirmation is required before requesting a payout.
Do I need to confirm my email to sign in?
No. You can register and sign in without email confirmation. On the Payouts page, send a confirmation link and open it before requesting a payout.
Which cryptocurrency is supported?
Bitcoin (BTC). Send BTC on the Bitcoin main network to the deposit address shown in your account.
Where do I get a deposit address?
Open Deposit in your account and choose Get address. Use the address shown there for your Bitcoin transfers.
How many confirmations are required?
A detected transaction appears in deposit history before confirmation. After 3 Bitcoin confirmations, an investment opens automatically. The completed deposit stays in history.
What are the deposit limits and investment terms?
The Deposit page shows the active plan, minimum and maximum amount. Each investment keeps the terms recorded when it opens.
Does the cycle countdown mean Bitcoin has been sent?
No. The countdown shows the investment cycle end. The administrator settles a completed cycle to your available balance. A Bitcoin payout is requested separately.
How do I request a payout?
Confirm your email, open Payouts, enter an amount within your available balance and submit the request. The amount is reserved while the request is processed. Bitcoin is sent to the payout address on your account.
How does the referral program work?
Share the invitation link from Referrals. Registration through that link records the inviting account and up to three referral levels. Registration alone does not earn a bonus.
When can referral bonuses be withdrawn?
Bonuses are credited to available balance no earlier than 24 hours after the qualifying deposit reaches 3 confirmations. The deposit must remain confirmed and the investment must not be cancelled. Pending bonuses cannot be withdrawn.
Can I change my payout address?
The payout address is set at registration and cannot be changed in the account interface. Contact support if a correction is required.
What data is stored?
The service stores account email, payout address, password hash, referral relationships and account activity. The site also records technical visit data such as IP and browser. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
